At times facing these difficulties can feel distressing or frightening.  Whether these difficulties affect you directly or indirectly or are from the past or in the present Rhise Therapy is here to help. Rhise Therapy aims to provide a healing experience, characterised by acceptance, warmth and understanding with a qualified, experienced therapist who will help you to face challenges in a safe, confidential setting.
